What will happen if Power tubes interchange from left to right channel and vice versa? Will it affect the sound and damage the amp?

You mean if you just switch the tube from each channel? Couldn't possibly make a difference as long as the bias point is the same.

yes, switch both tubes for each channel.

Just check the bias and the will be no problems if you switch pairs of tubes.
