who can tell me what shall i do in order to let an amp which needs plus and minus 12v input supply work on a 12v cell?
Use 2 x 12V batteries connected together + to -. Connect amplifier ground to connection between batteries, spare negative to negative, spare positive to positive.

perhaps you can use two 12volt cells in series-this gives you a dual supply- but this could be dangerous if the voltage of the 2 cells is not equal(if one cell is earlier empty than the other or so......)because there will be a great offset at the output!so you have to build in capacitators at the input and output if there are no one.
or you put two 6volt cells in series (plus minus 6volt)and try it-perhaps it will work wit the lower supply voltage.

firstly thx guys for attention, but if i just have a single 12v cell, so it's possible for the amp working normally to that cell?

Depends on the amplifier you use. If you use a dedicated car audio IC, you may have to do nothing except for adding a capacitor at each in- and output, because they already have everything else built in. On others you will have to create a virtual ground for the input signal. There will be application examples in the datasheet of the IC you use.
E. g. the simple resistor version on page 6 of TDA2030.
Or the more advanced transistor buffered version on page 6 of LM1876.
Then there are ICs that create the virtual ground also referred to as rail splitter, e. g. TLE2426.
