It could be a drive issue.

And i wanted to ask how are those usb hantek oscilloscopes for the pc will those work for repairs?
Because of the current draw which is my main concern. 9A approximately is way to much current draw for a amp to idle on
Until you can explain why pin 12 was near 6v when pin 11 was near 12v, I have no more suggestions.
Ok what happens is as soon as i connect the remote wire with the fets in pin 12 sees 12v then when it turns on fully then it draws excessive current therefore the drop in the voltage. I think its not driving the fets properly then it draws the current
And pin 8 and 11 is connected directly to each other which both drops as soon as it turn on to drive the fets
That's not what the numbers you posted indicate. I'm working on the information you post and the posted information has conflicts.
