Pete you can still Buy them online and from proxima I believe( though they will charge you around 100.00 to get it) so why dont you just make one? are you just not DIY savvy( thats ok) if you want I can make one for you, Sometime this week. just some options
Use a old computer power supply
you need to put a toggle switch on the green/black wire on the power supply cable to turn it on and off. Lots of pics on the internet on how to do this. You can get the round power connector at radio shack. Here's a pic of pinout and voltages.

Pete sorry,I was thinking I could make you one from a OLd AT power supply but I realized that I dont have any more at power supplies. Here you can make yourself one easily, Go to radio shake and ask for a 5 pin din plug then get a tt power supply( they usually have the switch atached and remember the pinout on the power supply is below is looking AT the end of the Power supply plug NOT the actual panel if your having any more probs email me at BBinglife (AT) aol.com thanks
