PSUs are very simple so you can build them in a couple ways without trouble.
Even without PCB, just point to point.

Hi guys !
My project is finally near completion 🙂 I have ordered the chip STK4231 on ebay, and I have a question ... here is the link, I know is not the best quality but is ok for a first project :

The pin 1 on the photo is the right pin on the right pin ? I think is the left pin with the mark on the top of the pin (on the plastic) but i'm not sure !

Hi !

I have all build, sound is pretty good, I can post more photos in a few days *weeks*. All is not perfect. The PSU rectifier is not clean, and cables are not secure ... Example you can easier confound In and Out ! I took this board I had not seen for a long time, and I have made this beginners error 😱
Results : bridge is dead and more of little components ... not serious, the transformer is evidently ok *but a little warm 😀*

So I go to buy new components, but I would like to find or make myself a pcb for this psu ... possible to help me please ?

I sometimes buy transformers off ebay.
The second hands ones are usually much cheaper than new ones.

I thought about my problem, I think the best way is designed a little pcb myself for a clean installation ! The shematic is simple, so it's easy I think ... I searched a good soft with a french tutorial for make this !
