power cable connectors?

can anyone identify this 3 pin socket? this photo shows the output from a metaxas charisma power supply, there is an identical one on the preamp. i need to replace the cable which connects the 2 units. since the gear is from the early 90s i fear i might have to replace both sockets and plugs with modern fittings but of course i’d prefer not to do that.
