OK at least I'm making progress on the resistive / reactive dummy load / power attenuator. I scaled it back so I don't need heat spreaders on the heatsink just to have more unfinned mounting space.
The first chassis will have 4 10 ohm 300 watt resistors, 4 40 ohm 100 watt resistors, all mounted on a reasonable heat sink. On turret boards will be 4 ERSE 10mH 600-watt inductors. I still have to get the rest of the inductors and caps and small resistors. Most components will be wired to banana jacks, except for each set of Aiken "reactive" components to use with 8 ohms will be wired together and get one set of banana jacks. A few pairs of paralleled 1/4 jacks will also go to banana jacks.
This is enough to allow me to configure it many ways without the heat sink getting out of hand, as long as the banana jacks and plugs handle the current.

Sorry but 6" size and small enclosure means not much bass capacity.
A 6" speaker which I like is the Jensen MOD 6" but it´s even sharper and probably has less bass.
In 6" size I gess you already have something as close as possible to your needs.
*If* you could use a larger speaker (ideally a 12" but worst case a 10") you will have a much wider selection to pick from.
Meanwhile the mod6/15 arrived here and I could do a first check.
Set into my 10l cab it sounds imho ways better than the SP6/100PA. I am really amazed by this tiny speaker!
I told you 😉Meanwhile the mod6/15 arrived here and I could do a first check.

Fact is, this is a (small but good) Guitar speaker, while your earlier one was a (good) PA speaker.
Different priorities when designed yield different results.
To each its own.
