The protect light on this amp is on.I see rail and regulated voltages ok.
With no speaker connected i see 2.2v on the speaker terminal .There is no rail-rail oscillation on the outputs.When speaker is connected the offset goes away .I think the amp is in mute .Any suggestions?

After several power up attempts the amp will sometimes come out of mode its in.
