Ok ive replaced every transistors on the driverboard with new also replaced the 4580D checked all resistors and all test fine.. iodes also check fine..
I checked for solder bridges and have none..
I will re-install the board and post back

Ok Reinstalled the driverboard and i get 0.21 volts on the positive speaker terminal..
I will reinstall the low side fets and see what i come up with

Ok i noticed a diode thats bad its marked UF4003 is that the same as a 1N4003??
It connects to the center leg of the outputs

No. It's an ultra-fast rectifier. The 1N series is a general purpose (doesn't work well at high frequencies) rectifier.
Ok replaced the diode with the orginal part number put all parts back in the amp and it powers up and idles perfectly now..
back to the orginal problem..
Before i switched the master slave switch back and fourth and would get current draw when doing so.. That problem is gone also..
Now the problem is i have no out from the amp
I dont get rail to rail oscillation
Any ideas where to go from here??

I been testing stuff all day in this amp i dont get it ..

And ideas ?? maybe something i overlooked?

Ok I figured out why the amp protected again that problem is solved..
I still get no outpit from this amp at all..
Any ideas on what to check??

Perry,
All op-amps have 0.00 volts on Pins 1,2,3,5,6,7 and have the correct + - 15volts on pins 4 and 8 besides theese 2 op-amps..
The voltage on the pins are
Leg 1:-8.34
Leg 2:-3.14
Leg 3:0.00
Leg 4:-13.28
Leg 5:-8.26
Leg 6:-8.26
Leg 7:-8.26
Leg 8:13.64
The other op-amp
Leg 1:-8.30
Leg 2:-8.30
Leg 3:-8.30
Leg 4:-13.28
Leg 5:-8.30
Leg 6:-8.30
Leg 7:-8.30
Leg 8:13,28
Is this normal for theese 2 op-amps or do the appear to be defective?
