Looks like a bourns type pot like PTD904-2220K-B203 (that is a quad gang linear part).

The standoff is odd. What's the diameter of the shaft and the width of the pot (measured with dial/digital caliper)?
Alps makes an RK09 type that looks very similar, but you'll have to look through the datasheets to see if there is a similar variant.
Does the back end of the pot have any trademark or name?

Perry the standoff are strange i made a 20k pot for a rockford work. I used 2 6 prong ic risers and cut them in half, to make 4 3pin turned them around to fit on the pins. and glued them together. soldered it in and presto. A working pot.

I have found it but it seems it might not be the right one...😱
It is a C20k and a B20k in one, a combined volume and balance knob from an old Boss EQ I took apart for the smps power supply.
If it is any good to you send me your address by pm and I’ll pop it in the post.
Don’t know where you would get one I’m afraid, I think Cynically searching something like Aliexpress for “Bourne potentiometer” might turn up the owl source for Boss.
