I'm running RCA's. I got one of those cables mentioned earlier. It works really good. And you can atach anything you want to it.
spenczoid,
You easily have the most impressive PSOne LCD results I have ever seen. What are the dimensions to your box?
I just lack the cooling fans and various wiring apparati before I finally build mine. Are the page magnifiers you are using similar to the cheap fresnels found on ebay?
Again, it looks great and at 90"! 😱
You are now my PSOne role model. 🙂

i did a projector with a 5" psone screen a few time ago but it was a bit expensive.. about 300$.. i'd like to try to make another one with cheaper parts..
i'd like to search on ebay for a lens to make a projector but i don't what to look for. no one list it has a projector lens or something similar.
anyone can give me tips for which lens can be used to focus the light?

Thanks for the praise guys.
Thanks for your praise. I was quite impressed with my results to. I'm glad to see that other people think the same way as me.
I used the Triplet lens From Lumenlab.com . It was the most expensive thing in the projector. I changed my Fresnels to real Fresnels. It makes a HUGE different. I would definetly recomend getting real Fresnels.

I am thinking of modifying a tool box to use for my enclosure. My lamp is a 50 watt Ushio (10,000 hrs, 8600 lumens). Should I try for metal or wood or would the hard plastic be alright with the lamp heat with adequate fan cooling? I'm just curious if it would warp or melt.

The picture looks 100 times better in real life. I don't have a good Camera. and the screen i have it at is 90" diagonal
What distance are you viewing that 90inch diagonal image at?
