Separate chrome grill inserts indicate a Pre 1975…when they added the hideous Ralph Nader big bumpers so we could all be safe.Note that beautiful car 👍!
Best regards!
My first true love was a 2002…unfortunately, I was stuck with the ugly ‘75 Nader version! I always lusted after an early version Tii. Ah, to be young and poor 😢
What's wrong with banjo? Isn't it the most loved instrument by Americans? 😛
Both banjo pics have in common the obvious pleasure the musicians had.
Best regards!

A friend of mine had a 2002 ti that he'd fitted out with aftermarket wheels and exhaust, in that same orange. He and his then girlfriend, now wife, visited my wife, now ex, for a weekend. We were outside, on the driveway, when a couple of kids on bikes rode by, and then stopped. One of the kids said his brother 'had a Lada just like that one's. My friend went apoplectic at that remark. Needless to say, I never failed to ask about his Lada.
The lada you refer to is probally the 1200 (1969) (in Russia known as the VAZ 2101)
This was actually a Russian variation of the Fiat 124 from 1966

My first car. Too dangerous for a 18 year old...Looks like mid 60’s BMW.
But I loved it.
Yes, could be any so called New Class BMW, with displacements ranging from 1500 to 2000 cubic centimeters, built between 1962 and 1972.
Best regards!
Inka Orange…yum 🤤
