"Send me up a drink", jokes Major Tom.
The "Moon Inn" picture reminded me (somehow) of the
Major Tom (Coming Home) song. Got a good chuckle after playing it on YT.
A bit roundabout, but the picture did make me laugh!

Dixi - German portable toilet company.
In case you wanted to know.
Took a little searching.
Dixi in Portuguese means I said, which threw me a bit.

Right! In the Netherlands where I come from, it has become a household name for portable toilets. Like Luxaflex for lamelled window dressing. Still learning Portuguese 😊Dixi - German portable toilet company.
The movie has lot of this: Aliens, Close Encounter, Signs, Dr Who, 2001, ET and even Jaws ..."Send me up a drink", jokes Major Tom.

In my country it is called Toi Toi. I think it is the same group as Dixi. But it sounds funny, because sounds like "to lay eggs".Dixi - German portable toilet company.
That's Funny and scary. Not a delivery one would appreciate.
You will hear a sucking sound and feel a little pain!

I always miss heard the lyrics as "the devil has a sideboard for me" - but now I find it impossible to fit the wrong lyrics back in when I hear it now.
Not to detract from your experience....
and not to spoil the joke...
but they are the opposite, they are acoustic detection horns from Japan 1930's military,
"Acoustic locators in Japan: 1930s. This remarkable picture is of an impressive array of Japanese war-tubas belonging to at least two acoustic locators mounted on 4-wheel carriages; there are two horns in a horizontal plane, and on one side of the mounting, there are two more in a vertical plane. To the right, one of the figures is the Japanese emperor Horohito. Behind him are the guns intended to be used in conjunction with the locators."
...another bizarre interlude from the madness of war.
Radar was invented in the same decade

I wonder if they ever had the idea to put the locator on the gun, like a scope? Save some math....another bizarre interlude from the madness of war.
