Feral cats in the Springfield neighborhoods are getting pretty pissed.

There was a whole nest of feral cats across the street from me who were in constant battle with the resident raccoons. The raccoon population eased off when the street drains were fitted with grates rather than open construction. My neighbor's daughter implemented a trap-and-spay program. that significantly cut down the feral cat population.
