My money is on Turkey. It says Turkey in large type, and again in Chinese.
It only says chicken in one location and it’s likely just a translation error as different persons are involved in the creation of the label.
Besides, size alone suggest them puppies came from a tom.
I am simply guessing but it may be that the term chicken is used for chicken and big chicken means turkey so it’s easy to make a mistake. Like in Vietnamese, you have lemons and green lemonS, meaning limes.

If you have that Grace soup available locally then lucky for you. It’s certainly a step up from the Lipton variety and doesn’t cost a lot.
My parents used to make us kids giggle when they made stock from old roosters and then added leeks. I can imagine you doing the same thing with your soup and kids as well.
