I had no idea this one was going to require so much analysis. 😀
Aside from the lighting, sharpness and shadow clues that trigger our brain to go "something is off":
They did a decent job of cutting but there are some rough edges
And the real giveaway is one leg of stand just disappears in mid air.
Whether the guitar was actually present is irrelevant to the joke.
If I took a picture of a left-handed guitar and then reverse the image, it would look like the right-handed guitar in the above post.
