I can't fathom what they are currently doing. Their floating neutral keeps me grounded on edge! Their employer is probably sparking on that.

With reference to the "pool photo" ... perhaps they are dunderheads and/or perhaps the photo was staged for a reaction / hits / clicks. I see no clear indication that the circuit is powered, but I could be overlooking something obvious.
Of course the photo was staged - you just have to look at its composition to tell that.
