Could be, but this does indeed look a lot like another unsupported multiple claim. 😀 So I remain unpersuaded. When I train people in persuasion skills, they frequently observe that making claims isn't persuasive - making observations though is, sometimes surprisingly so.
Can't predict in advance how sleepy you'll feel, but just as hunger is nature's way of getting us to order pizza, so boredom is nature's way of getting us to switch channels.
