Jacco,
Yes, that would be a fine idea.
I miss my last avatar, the mods. thought it was not professional and request that I change and so the current one. Then there is dfdye...
I guess you can not make everyone happy.
Bob,
I can do the LM6172 also. Can people please update the quantity.

For those that have sign up for this GP.
Please email me at: ficustreed at yahoo dot com
1. name, diy user name
2. Quantity
3. Address
So the shipping can be estimate, and invoice. make a heck of easier than to look for a user name then try to email.
Please do so as soon as possible. By the end of this weekend. 😀
Thanks.

If you are also signed up for heat sinks on the Scalable PSU group buy, let gengis know so he can ship them directly to you (saves you money).
Once he confirms your heat sink order, you can remove your order on the PSU WIKI, so I don't duplicate your order.
Thanks,
Bob

AD826s ?
I don’t like to rock the boat at this 11.9999 th hour, but in intests of sharing "knowledge" - has anyone used AD826s in active XOs(have only just read that several have said eg “AD826s are more engaging”)?
Rgds

Hi Rick,
what do they cost?
I have a sneaky that they put the cost of an active crossover into a different league.

Newark wants $5 up to 24 pieces, $4 25-99 and if you buy 1,000 the price drops to only $3.12.
AD will apparently sell them directly for $150/tube of 50.
Rick, Let us know how they sound compared to our pedestrian OPAs. 😉 I've heard that the LM6172 is in the same league.

Jens - horses for courses?
Guys,
I thought Digikey sold AD826s for around $3, ie roughly double each; but I haven’t done the math for complete XOs, as I am not suggesting there use “blanket” in lieu of the OPAs.
I recall reading Jens writing a while ago here at diyaudio, something like ~ the AD826 works better on crossovers over X (say 1000 Hz), and the OPA2134 better below(?).
And maybe one is better on certain parts of the boards (PS & XO) eg the input side(?)
Will be be I while before get time to play, and I'm happy to take my slab of OPAs here.
But Jens if you can clarify/ elaborate that would be great.
Cheers

Digikey is $4 ea. for a tube of 50 (min buy). To get under $3 you have to buy 750.
Maybe you'd like them better in any section touching the top end - usually input buffer, HP, AP, EQ

Hi Gengis,
Have you started to invoice or collect for the group buy yet? Sent you all the contact info but I wouldn't want to fall through the cracks.
Thanks for your efforts
