i know halogen lights would give a slightly yellowish look but would halogen lights with long life spans (3000hrs) work like this http://cgi.ebay.com.au/HALOGEN-DICH...18030280QQcategoryZ106199QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem work on a diy projector or OHP
well..
I ran my last projector for a bit off a 25 watt bulb just the same as that one..but the only problem was that you need to cover all windows and every thing and have a completely black room making it a very unusual/difficult blub to use as a light soruce. One bennifit with using this bulb though is no need for a fan, but seeing the movie is more important! 🙂
