I think my capacitors may be leaking.
The amp seems to work fine however. Except for an occasional faint scratching sound, like scratching the edge of a piece of paper.
Otherwise plenty of volume etc.
The caps were replaced by a previous owner, with recepits, but im not sure if they are leaking again or they didnt clean it up from last time.
or, i'm hoping this is all just glue..
Should i keep using it? or can this damage it

It just looks like glue from the old ones. Capacitor "gunk" is typically water soluble. Wet a Q-tip and rub the stuff a bit. If it dissolves and comes off on the Q-tip, I'd want to clean it up. More likely it won't, meaning it's glue and can be ignored.
