Haven't documented this, but you get the idea. 4" plastic pipe with 2 passive radiators from ebay. In the middle section, I cut out a square piece away and fitted the wooden baffle for the active driver. That is Dayton Audio ND91. I'm using mono TPA3118 amp with separate BT-module, they fit in just fine.
Is the center section of your design smaller in diameter? If the amp is 85mm it should fit in 4" pipe?
