Hello,
So I've been building the Classix II now and the build calls for a 1.5" x 4" port, which is 3.81cm in diameter. I have only found PVC piping that is 1.57" or 4cm in diameter. Would this 2mm difference in speaker port make any difference?
Can't get the 1.5" premade port atm.

As far as i see it the difference will be very small and you could even compensate it by slightly increasing length of the port.
The mechanical and electrical tolerances in the drivers alone are far greater than the small error in physical port dimensions. Even the air temperature and humidity by themselves will play a greater role in affecting the enclosure tuning frequency.
There will be more change in port tuning frequency with temperature and listening level - don't fret miniscule dimensional details when it come to ports - effort is best spent making a properly designed port with symmetrical airflow and the correct profile, not simply a pipe glued into the baffle...Hello,
