I was wondering about C6, and C7 on the TSE board. They are electrolytic and since they are on the negative rail they are put in with the positive side to ground. If I wanted to replace these caps with poy's, that have no polarity, would these still work in these positions? or would I need to put a diode in line with them to give them a polarity? Thank you all.
You can replace a polarized cap with a non-polarized type without further changes. There's no reason to "create a polarity".

It's true. I agree.
Some non polarized caps have a label as "outside foil" or something similar. Put this terminal/wire to the less AC voltage or lowest impedance of the circuit.
