How do I undelete my PMs?

I just lost a couple of months of sent messages.

You can backup (export) the messages if you wish. Saving a copy on your computer is the safest way.

I normally do as I approach my 100 PM limit.

But then I clicked the wrong icon and lost the whole "sent".
