hello to all members...i m sorry for my bad english..this is my first post and it looks like i need your help..
i have the gzpa 1.10000 spl amplifier but i have the following problem..
when or anytime it wants is getting into protection....no matter the load....either 4 or 0.5
ohms...no matter the supply voltage either 14.2 volts or 11 volts...
inside the car....in the lab i mean outside the car....i dont know....the amplifier is only 1.5 years old....is almost brand new....
the car has 3 alternators 120 amp each and 5 batteries power cell...i dont think is from
power supply because mabye passes one or two weeks to get into protection.im
getting crazy....
please some help.....im sorry for the big text...

In general, a problem like this is caused by an intermittent short or intermittently open connection, such as:

output filter inductor with shorted windings
output filter inductor shorted to the main board or to an adjacent component
broken leg on output transistor
broken solder connection or trace on the audio driver board
transformer or inductor windings shorted to the bottom cover of the amplifier
tiny wire strands in amp shorting between two points on the circuit board

thanks for the quick reply dear Perry....i have search a lot all the fets....they are all ok..
i have resolder all ...yes ALL the amplifier in case of a dry joint, bad solder etc..hours and hours....my god....iam so dissapointed....it can play loud and loud for days and in a moment can get in protect for 4 or 5 times for no reason...i suspected the digital module but i can not be sure without a shematic or something...and to be honest...im not quiet sure what exactly is its job....it controls the amp and....or????
