plugged in 220v by mistake, hepl pls?

I had never heard of the "wild leg". If this is a reliable explanation of that system, then it looks to me like a bastardisation of a two phase system to operate three phase motors that expect to see phases 120degrees apart and not 180degrees as in a split phase system.
Europe would never do that.

Can I presume that the wild leg voltage will only exist in a three phase motor wiring arrangement? Never in a domestic wiring scheme?

Yes. You are entirely correct. The US/Canada both have severely compromised AC power systems. All done to save a buck on running the proper wire on the AC power lines.

i just took it to an electronic repair shop and he said that the power supply is busted and a couple of IC need to be replaced but he was asking too much. i wanna do it myself. how do i replace tha power supply and the IC? can someonle help me pls?

Hi,
take out the power supply and the IC and all you've got left is a case and some hardware ancilliaries.
Scrap it.

i see. thanks, i checked it again and it seems the IC has no probelm. there is another fuse 10A 125V (two of them) needs to be replaced.

i was refering to the 2pcs of pico fuses.

You will be lucky if the fuses blew in time. Too lucky.

you will have to test every single part in the amp - including capacitors. They've all been exposed to 2x the voltage they're supposed to work with.
