Pls Help... Capacitor Mounting

I just bought a Mallory CGS capacitor to be used for an amp project. My question is can I install it horizontally? It is 6 inches in length and will not fit my amp chassis since it's height is also 6 inches. Will horizontal mounting cause damage to my cap?

You can fit a cap horizontally, no problem.

This is a nice example of horizontally mounted caps.
A dearly loved Phase-Linear 700B.
