I tried to simulate this driver with closed enclosure. I plan to assemble a bookshelf two way speaker for my friend. will this give good enough bass as a bookshelf unit? will it sound good ?

It won't provide bass without a lot of EQ, it is 10 dB down at 40 Hz, the low E note on a 4 string bass.
10 dB less output means the "bass" would sound about half as loud as the midrange.

Without knowing the Xmax, and amplifier power you won't know how much output the speaker can produce.

Thanks Weltersys,

I have a audio magazine, bookshelf special edition. Most bookshelf had lower cutoff between 55 Hz to 70Hz. based on this, I was wondering if this would sound good.

about 40Hz, I agree to what you say. based on concept of bookshelf speakers, that don't go deep down. but produce moderate bass ( in layman's words drums could be enjoyed, although not deep enough) I was thinking of it. But if the speaker is going to sound like a small satellite speaker with no bass at all, then this design would not be worth at all.
