Got my shelf plenty of those all original any ideas for a circuit that might operate with them ?

Thats 62A when used as a switch and fully saturated, the linear SOA is way less, maybe 2A at 50V Vds or less.
Theres no linear SOA diagram in the datasheet so i'd say these are made exclusively for switching and switching only.

Reads about 300W and the specs in the first page reckon 380W Pd.

Weird ratings if they can only take up to 100V at DC conditions.
However 5A SOA at 70V is pretty good. 4-6 of these per channel should make for a 200-350WRMS into 4ohm amplifier and up to around 700W peak.
