From the DC voltages indicated on the diagram you can calculate the following AC voltages on the transformer secondary:
26-13-0-13-26, contacts 1-4-3-5-2 respectively. Contact 3 is a "center tap", used as ground.
You should observe ~52V AC between 1 and 2, ~26V AC between 4 and 5.

Slightly odd values, perhaps its 24-12-0-12-24 and the higher voltage is due to light loading at standby?
