cumbb, Thank you for your feedback, but with this tonearm everything is much easier, it was bought with a with vinyl table SYSTEMDEK IIX, the seller does not know the name of the tonearm, I am looking for documentation on it. Regards.

Jeff, I apologize for the long silence. The owner of turntable is my a familiar, his he bought it faulty, some parts are missing.
Some clarification - is SYSTEMDEK IIX 900.

pure sound said: That arm was called the Delta Inertia. I'd guess maybe 150-200 were made... There were a couple of issues with it...

Especially turntables are easy to be understood as resonance systems. A counterweight is a resonating mass that significantly affects the quality of the low frequency sound.
If I had counterweights, I would try to decouple. For example, by suspending them from a thread.
