I have a problem with this korean amp that runs on IR2113.
The amp powers up fine without the audio driver board but as soon as the board is in with new parts, the lm311 pops followed by a small transistor thats joined to the lm 311 output pin.

Can't help with the specific design, but usually when a part blows there's a high current present and the usual cause of that is a direct short to ground. Can you figure out what the transistor is connected to?
