Please help identify code letter on capacitor

The capacitor is marked as below:

HP BC 043
T 47uf 450V
LL


BC = maker BC components
043 = series 043
T = tolerance -10% to +50%

What does the letters HP and LL denotes?

many possibilities, date, and/or plant location would be my guess and unless you work in the plant the code would be a PITA to figure out.

From an old post in The Amp Garage forum:

"KO stands for caps manufactured in Klagenfurt, Austria, from 2006 on (older series had HP for Zwolle, Netherlands)"
