In the photo you'll see r127 is a 10k resistor. The resistor is fine but across it I read 130 ohms with it installed on the board.It seems there somewhat of a short circuit because all of the other 10k source resistors check fine in place.Also,with the resistor removed it also reads 130 ohms across the pads.I can't figure out why the resistance is so low across the pads for r127.I would appreciate any advice on what I'm seeing.

I will check q33.And yes and there are the dual diodes in conjunction which I already ruled out.There's definitely an issue because the other 10k ohm resistors check fine in location.I wouldn't be suprised if I find many other bad components because of the catastrophic explosion from both power supply.
After checking with magnifying glass.Found q33 cracked and shorted.
