How do I build an ultralinear "class a" amplifier with Vcc=300V if I don't find the plate characterisics for ultralinear mode at that voltage?

generaly, what you have to do is look at the tube curves, and check to see what voltage you are running at, and look what the characteristics are at that voltage.
Honestly, what you should do is look at other people's designs intead of trying to design your own.

alright, the KT88 is a fairly easy tube to impliment. it can be exchanged in and out with the EL34, and the 6L6GC with very little adjustment
I seggest you take a look at the Simple SE amplifier.

this amplifier can use pretty much any of the common power tubes, if you are not going to build this specific amplifier, it is still important to read arounf this specific page, and the entire website, as Tubelab is a fountain of information.

another handy thing to do is just a simple google search. search for "kt88 SE schematic" or something like that
I know that the Simple SE operates in Class A
just about every EL84 amplifier can be made with a KT88 with minor modifications, and I haven't found any EL84 amps that operate outside of Class A anyway

And no, not every amp made for EL34 can work with KT88 only with some "minor tweaks".
Better to build designs suited for 6550/KT88 instead 😉
