Unfortunately the only tools of that nature i have are a Fluke DMM, and a power supply converted from a pc power supply.
No, but i remember you once upon a time getting me to use fuses instead. Would this work for this application?
Not really. Radio Shack sells 8 ohm 20 watt resistors. Four in parallel will give you 2 ohms. If they have 6 in stock, buy 6.
