PLAIN no copper PCB?

Does anyone know,

Where you can buy plain PCB ie just the fiberglass board with no copper?

Yes I know you can just get PCB and etch it plain but it would be better to just have plain fiberglass board.

You can buy plain FR4 sheet in a variety of thickness and colors. Not sure best place to source it in the UK but I'm certain it's available.

If you heat the copper you can lift a corner, then grab it with pliers and peel it off, maybe applying a bit more heat (it's been a while since I did this).
