Placement of Biasing transistor in quasi complimentary amps ?

where should be the biasing transistor placed for correct thermal tracking on the main heatsink with output transistors or on the driver transistor ? .

In the final heat sink, they have the harder job.

If the output is emiter follower then on the output transistors heatsink.
If the output is with Sziklai pair then the biasing transistor should be on the drivers heatsink (first transistors from Sziklai pair).

It usually goes on the output heat sink. Unless you go to the trouble of compensating them separately.
