I am about to start my new 4-way speaker and I will first do my bottom cabinet consisting of 2-AT 12" and 1-Volt 12"(midbass).My inner sidewalls, top and inner front(sandwich of BB)will be made of 1.25"MDF....and the rest will be BB.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with PL9000 for glue and roxul for deadening material.
thanks.

I have used the roxul before, its fiber mass is definitely more stable than pink and much denser. Plus its very fire resistant! Pl-9000 not so good for finish wood joints, excellent inside the box though.

hi Jeremy & thanks
I have a bag of 2x4 & 2x6 and I concur on using PL9000 inside only.I am starting the cutting tomorrow(if snow stops) for my MC HELL project(hell is because of the weight).
Would love to chat sometime, since we are close...My company I work for just did a big residential project up your way(I run a Bulldozer).
