Thanks to all for the help, I am making progress.
I do have fixed the 13 v regulator and then the SX-780 started working.
There are additional 2 regulators giving +/- 50 volt, I guess this is wrong and they are failing.
Does any of you know what should be their voltage?
Still looking for schematics/manual. That would help. I could not find them in the sites offered.

Hello! I can't remeber the voltages there.
Its really been a while since the last time I work on that
model. I am still looking for the service manual of that
model. I know I have that but I can't remember where did
I put it.
I will ask my technicians maybe its on my old filing cabinet.
