Does anyone know where to find the schematics or the service manual for the Pioneer M-90 power amp? If possible on-line.

I also have a faulty M-90 in the loft. I don't know what the original fault was but a hashed attempted repair before I got it didn't help.
I'm unsure whether to repair it or strip it for parts. Looks like a pain to work on, just horrible.
