As the title says - what kind of DAC is Pioneer's PD2026A?
Got an older PD-7700 CD player for "lampization" (lots of space inside the chassis) but I cannot find any reference about the Pioneer's proprietary PD2026A chip.
Mr.Lampizator states that there are two different approaches (two distinct categories of tubes as well as different schematics),depending of the DAC's type - V/O or I/O.
Please enlighten! 🙂
