It's possible I have added a digital-out to my pioneer pds505. I tapped the signal from the the opto-coupler (labeled digital at the pcb) and connected a hex-converter.

A kwak-clock will improve, and you can use the schematic with a bnc-connector. I think guido tent has reclockers + digital out.
