The DACs are PD2028. These are stereo DACs but there are two of them. It doesn't look like this is a current output DAC. IC554/555 are opamps but they seem to be being used for balanced->single ended conversion and buffering.
An NJM2114 opamp is used. You may want to try substituting that. I wouldn't do anything else - this is a high end unit from Pioneer, their Legato Link DAC was very popular.
