Can anyone help me with figuring out length thread size and type. Or if where I can purchase some. They are for my Pioneer PL-560 turntable feet screws. Also if anyone has such information for PEB-086 foot rubber dimensions or pictures and stock. Please all help appreciated.

The screws for those fabulous feet are #8 x 1" screws w/ a 3/8 x 1/4" shoulder. Haven't found any units per se, but plain zinc #8 X 1" with a 7/16" washer and a 3/8" by 1/4" tubular standoff works quite well.
I am currently working on an estimate for replacement PEB-086 rubber insolator so stay tuned.
