Pioneer D23 2/3/4 way crossover which has been in its box for 30 years.

Hi folk´s ( don´t know if this is the ringt forum)

A few years back i bought a paket of things from a collecter here in Sweden, inclueding this Pioneer D-23 2/3/4-way crossover in originalbox stored for 30 years.

https://audio-database.com/PIONEER-EXCLUSIVE/etc/d-23-e.html

Its from the "golden age" and from Japan who make good things & have quality
But im a little afraid to start it up, as I want to be careful about it and definitely don't want to make a big bang and smell something burnt.

Is there any way to prevent these risks?
Lock at some components inside, mesaure any particular component ?

I haven´t got the possibility to make a "slowstart" with lower voltage, and slowly raise the voltage.
Sweden has 240 Volt 50 hz.

A few mesaurements from a guy in France, you can use Google translate.

Wow, I have only seen one of these in person in a Munich club I worked in back in the 80s. They had one of them running their dance floor main system. It sounded great and was very low in noise / hiss, at least through the Crowns which were running the big Fostex HF horns. They tried an Ashly before that which was much noisier and didn't have the punch or clarity. I'm jealous and really want one of those.

Maybe show us some closer pics of the power supply capacitors?
Okey now i have unpacked it from the box & it looks completely untouched new.

Quite special, the old man has marked his birth numbers on the back, so it must have been real special for him!
Here is some photos from caps inside.

Greatful for coments.
And remember Sweden have all their electrnonic things inside the house allways, and not mutch moisture in the air & no salt in the moisture.

Best regards john

Sorry didn't paid attention to first post.
I made a variable AC and DC powersupply with series bulb tester from Ceiling fan regulator resistor like this..(Image from internet)

and put it in old Computer Powersupply box. With Power earth connected on metal box and fuse.

Resistor can be bypassed (Rotary knob position 5). But care should be taken to not keep it on more than few seconds to a minute or so. It also includes DC supply which is on backside. Would Also like to add this type of regulator is hard to find here.
