This board was salvaged from a Pioneer VSX-D1S receiver. Thought I'd wire it up and give a listen. It sounds surprisingly good. The transformer was from some Logitech speakers and the rectifier/capacitor board was from the same receiver. Gives me about +/-28vdc.
The amp uses a uPC1270 driver IC rated at .003% THD. Pioneer specs on the amp are 25w/ch into 8 ohms @ .005% THD.
The uPC1270 is rated to +/-36vdc with a max output voltage of 23v.
