Anyone any advice on mods,parts upgrade,tweaks for the above?
Have a schematic if of any help(only need to do the MM side of the circuit.
Based around 4570 op amp,running project Debut 2 with ortofon cartridge,The A400 phono stage sounds better than the project phono box does.Any help greatly appreciated

I can't offer any tweaking advice for your A400, but I can tell you that if you search (Analogue forum IIRC) you will see a thread or two about the Project Phonobox and why it doesn't sound so good...

Found out about the project box,mine has the right values inside.
My mum still prefers the phono section of the A400 though.Says it sounds less weedy and thin than the project,just thought a few black gates and maybe op amp change may take it a bit further
