I've just finished skinning the CNC cut horn with MDF panels, which were pre-cut to size. You see in the photos I've used biscuit joints on all corners. No screws used at all so far.
For cabling, I'm using Cat6, which I'll braid into the two channels.
Sound deadening in the cavities is accoustic wool, plus heavy felt (furniture removal blanket!).
Big? Scarily so...probably approaching 100Kgs each.

Looks great! I am not familiar with the design, how does the driver fit in? Looks like it'd go bottom right but am not sure how 😕
